Dr Ntsiki is a qualified health professional specialising in Intergrative Health with a special focus on Mental Health wellness. She is the Vice President of Hightowers Petroleum Africa, a subsidiary for Hightowers Petroleum CO, a leading wholesale supplier of Petroleum Products as well as crude oil supplier in the US and Africa. Hightowers Petroleum is also a sole supplier of Jet Fuel to Delta Airlines.
Dr Nontsikelelo (Ntsiki) Tshayingca is a former President and CEO of Next Generation Fuel South Africa. Next Generation Fuel SA is a Wholesale Supplier of Petroleum Products.
She is the Founder and CEO of Iconic Leadership Network and Holistic Living. She is also a champion and ambassador of women empowerment and has a leadership organisation called Wisdom for Wisdom Leadership Worldwide which is renowned for coaching and mentoring women to be successful entrepreneurs and women leaders. She was appointed by Reverend Jesse Jackson (African- American Struggle Icon) to be the ambassador for Rainbow Push Coalition in Africa. She has won several leadership and governance awards in Public sector management and academia.
Dr Tshayingca holds a PhD in Management from the University of Forth Hare in the Republic of South Africa and is a double qualified health professional in the fields of Health Sciences and Psychology. She obtained her junior degrees from the Universities in South Africa and in the United Kingdom. She obtained her Master of Science Degree in Health Informatics from the University of Winchester, in the United Kingdom.
Dr Ntsiki Tshayingca’s leadership capabilities and skills coupled with extensive management experience, governance and financial administration capabilities have been evidenced by her appointment in the two highest Offices in the Country, the office of the Premier and the Presidency. She has also served as the Policy advisor for South Africa in the United Nations office of status of Women, children and people with disability and has worked as the Senior Executive for Corporate services for different organisations at a National level.
Her strength is in financial management, governance, people management, and ethics. Dr Ntsiki has vast experience in the Public, Private and Corporate sectors. She has occupied the highest position in The Presidency, which is the highest office in the country as a Deputy Director General (DDG) for Monitoring and Evaluation. As result of her proven leadership capabilities, she was awarded twice, the “best performer awards” in two of the departments she worked for. Dr Ntsiki Tshayingca has served as the Director General Deputy (DDG) in various portfolios in government, both at National and Provincial levels. She has worked as a Head of department in the Eastern Cape Province department of Public works before she was recruited by the National Government. She has experience of being the DDG in the Corporate services as well as Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.
